Who am I?

I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves, their needs and the relationships they build more clearly.

My work combines conversation, practical questions, emotional intelligence and experiential processes. Topics may include communication, closeness, sexuality, boundaries, self-confidence or a life change that affects your relationship with yourself and others.

I do not begin from the idea that one formula works for everyone. We agree on the direction, pace and boundaries of our work according to the person, couple and question that matters right now.

My path

Before choosing this professional direction, I spent more than ten years in the corporate world and led sales teams. There, I learnt at close range how people communicate, what moves them and why we often behave in ways that contradict what we truly want.

Later, I focused my work on relationships, intimacy and sexuality and continued my education through the Somatica® approach and DIT hypnotherapy. Today I work with individuals and couples and through workshops and public educational content.

“Intimacy is not a luxury. It is built through presence, honesty and a willingness to hear ourselves and the other person.”

Expertise behind the approach

My work draws on education in sexology, relationships, coaching and mentoring — but titles are no substitute for presence, conversation and respect for the person in front of me.

My work does not only happen behind closed doors.

Through columns, media appearances, public conversations and educational content, I open up topics that people often think about but find difficult to say out loud.

It matters to me that conversations about relationships, sexuality and personal change are informed, open and free of shame — beyond individual work as well.

What drives me?

I believe love and passion do not have to disappear over time — they can become more conscious, secure and deep.

I am motivated by the possibility of discussing important and intimate topics seriously but without coldness, openly but without sensationalism. A good conversation does not promise miraculous change. It creates room to see more clearly what we feel, what we need and which step we want to take.

How can I help?

You can come on your own, with your partner, or join a group event. If you are unsure which way of working suits your topic, the introductory conversation is there to help you hear the options and make an informed decision.
