One-to-one work

Coaching · Counselling · Education

You do not need to know which approach you need. It is enough to know what no longer works for you. Let's start with your situation and explore what you can do differently.

You bring your situation. That is where we start.

Perhaps the same conversation keeps repeating in your relationship, yet nothing changes. Perhaps you find it hard to say no or have been putting off an important decision for weeks. Or perhaps you feel that something is not working, but do not yet know what it is or how to change it. It can be hard to see a situation clearly when you are in the middle of it.

In one-to-one work with me, you get support to understand what is troubling you, recognise what you want and find a practical way to move towards change. I combine coaching, counselling and education in relationships, sexuality, communication and personal development. Through conversation, explanations and practical exercises, we explore recurring patterns together and develop different ways of responding, communicating and making decisions.

Whether you are considering ending a relationship, changing jobs or deciding how to move forward after infidelity, we will clarify your needs, doubts and options together. The aim is for you to know more clearly what you want, be able to express it and take steps you can stand behind. The decision remains yours, with my professional support as you make it.

I want to understand what is happening, what matters to you and what you can do about it.

Do any of these situations sound familiar?

  • You do not know whether you want to stay in a relationship or leave.
  • The same arguments keep happening, and you feel that you do not hear or understand each other.
  • After a breakup or infidelity, you find it hard to trust again and decide what to do next.
  • You find it hard to say no, stand up for yourself or say what bothers you without feeling guilty.
  • You want more closeness and sexual satisfaction, but pressure, shame or insecurity hold you back.
  • You face an important life or work decision, and the more you think about it, the harder it is to decide.

You do not need to know exactly what the problem is or how to solve it. It is enough to know what is troubling you — we can start there.

What can we work on?

  1. 01Relationships, trust and managing conflict
  2. 02Sexual desire, satisfaction and communication about sexuality
  3. 03Self-confidence, self-worth and your relationship with your body
  4. 04Personal boundaries, expressing your needs and standing up for yourself
  5. 05Breakups, recovery after infidelity and important life decisions
  6. 06Perfectionism, procrastination and the pressure of your own and others' expectations

Your topic does not have to be on this list. If something is troubling you or you want a change, we can clarify together what you would like to work on.

What is it like to work with me?

  1. 1

    Understand what is troubling you

In the first session, we talk about your situation, what keeps happening and what you want to change. You do not need prepared answers or a perfect explanation of the problem. My role is to help us clarify it together.

  2. 2

Decide what you want to change

We identify what matters most to you right now, what holds you back and what you can influence. We agree on a goal that fits your needs — whether you want to make a decision, set personal boundaries or change how you communicate.

  3. 3

    Develop different ways of responding

I combine conversation, professional explanations and practical exercises to help you understand your reactions and patterns better. You learn to express your needs more clearly, stand up for yourself and approach situations that have been difficult for you.

  4. 4

    Apply changes in everyday life

We agree on practical steps you can try between sessions. As we continue, we look at what helped, where you got stuck and what needs adjusting. This helps you turn what you understand into different decisions and actions.

Frequently asked questions

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about one-to-one work with me.

Have another question? Get in touch with me before booking a time.

Do I need to know exactly what the problem is?

No. You can come with a specific situation, an important decision or simply a feeling that you want to change something. I will help you clarify what is troubling you, what you want and where to begin.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your topic and goal. Sometimes one session brings the clarity needed for a next step, while changing long-standing patterns takes more time and practice. In the first session, we agree on whether to continue and at what pace.

Can I come about a relationship problem without my partner?

Yes. In one-to-one work, we can focus on your experience of the relationship, your needs, personal boundaries and way of communicating. We clarify what you can change through your own actions and what you want from the relationship, even when the other person is not involved.

What if I feel uncomfortable talking about sexuality?

Feeling uncomfortable is understandable, especially if you have not talked about it openly before. You can speak with me about sexuality without judgement. We will start with what feels easier to share, while respecting your personal boundaries.

Will you tell me what to do?

You will receive my professional opinion, explanations and practical suggestions. Together we will consider your options and their consequences so you can make a decision with greater clarity and confidence. You know your life best and choose what you want to put into practice.

Is hypnotherapy part of one-to-one work?

DIT hypnotherapy is arranged separately. If we think it could suit your topic during our conversation, I will explain what it involves and how it works. We make that decision together, with your consent.

Does this work replace psychotherapy or healthcare?

No. Coaching and counselling can help you understand your situation, develop skills and apply changes in everyday life. They do not replace psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical treatment. If your situation calls for another form of professional support, I will tell you clearly.

What if you no longer feel desirable?

Feeling desirable is not determined only by a mirror or another person's gaze. Sometimes it helps to ask whether you miss your connection with yourself, your partner's attention or room to feel like yourself again.
