Frequently asked questions

Before getting in touch, it is natural to want to understand Petra's approach, the available options and what you can expect.

Petra and her approach

Who is Petra Pinjuh and what does she do?

Petra works with individuals and couples on relationships, intimacy, sexuality, communication and personal change. You can learn about her approach on this website and ask for more information about her education and way of working before arranging anything.

What is Petra's approach like?

The conversation is adapted to the person or couple and the topic they bring. Petra combines coaching questions, experiential processes and practical steps, with an agreement about the pace, goal and boundaries of the work.

Do I have to talk about very intimate subjects immediately?

No. You decide what you want to share and when. The introductory conversation can remain focused on questions, expectations and whether Petra's way of working suits you.

Services

How do I know which service is right for me?

You do not need to know in advance. Briefly describe the topic that matters to you, and Petra can explain the difference between individual coaching, couples coaching, hypnotherapy and group programmes.

Is coaching only for people with a serious problem?

No. People also get in touch when they want to understand themselves better, make an important decision, improve communication or build a relationship more consciously.

What if my partner does not want to attend couples coaching?

You can also get in touch on your own. An individual conversation does not replace working together, but it can help you see your needs, boundaries and possible next steps more clearly.

Does one hypnotherapy session guarantee that my problem will be solved?

No. Each person has a different experience and outcome, and it would not be responsible to promise a result in advance. Petra explains the process before you arrange a session and you assess whether this approach suits your topic. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment and treatment.

The first conversation and contact

What is the first conversation like?

It is an opportunity to understand the topic, expectations and ways of working. You can ask questions and hear what the work includes before making a decision.

Do I have to commit to working together immediately?

No. Sending an enquiry or having an introductory conversation does not mean you must continue. It is important that you have enough information and that the way of working feels right for you.

How can I send an enquiry?

You can email petra@love-formula.eu. It is enough to say which service interests you or which question you would like to clarify; you do not need to send sensitive details.

Privacy

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share while working together is treated as confidential. Before you begin, Petra will explain the confidentiality rules, possible exceptions and how data is stored. Do not send more personal or intimate information than is necessary in your first enquiry.

Will my content be used for educational or media purposes?

Personal experiences, messages and data are not used for educational or media purposes without clear prior consent. If a statement or example is requested for publication, the purpose and manner of use are agreed separately.

Did you not find the answer?
