What is hypnotherapy using the DIT method?
DIT, or the Deep Integrative Method, is a form of guided work focused on emotions, habits, beliefs and inner patterns. The process takes place in an awake, relaxed state in which you can hear, remember and remain aware of what is happening.
This is not stage hypnosis and it does not involve losing control. Before you begin, Petra explains the process, answers your questions and agrees with you on the topic you want to work on.
You remain present — Petra guides the process, but you stay in control.
This may be for you if…
- You notice a recurring pattern and want to explore it more deeply.
- You know what you would like to change, but keep returning to the same reaction.
- You feel an inner block that is difficult to explain through conversation alone.
- You want to understand the connection between emotions, the body and habits more clearly.
- You are open to a guided process and active participation.

Is hypnotherapy a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment?
No. This service is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric assessment and treatment. If there is a health or safety concern, speak to an appropriately licensed professional before applying.
