Purpose and scope of the website
The website presents Love Formula, Petra Pinjuh, services, events, workshops, professional content and contact options. The public website currently has no user accounts, online payments or access to purchased education. Purchases, coaching, education and other separately agreed relationships may be governed by a specific offer, agreement or separate terms.
Informational content and professional boundaries
Articles, answers and other public content are provided for general information and education. They do not constitute an individual medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, legal or other professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance.
The relevance of general information depends on each person’s circumstances. If there is an immediate danger to you or another person, contact the emergency services or an appropriate professional service. Contacting Petra or submitting a form does not by itself create a client-service provider relationship.
Contact and service arrangements
Sending an enquiry does not automatically create a contract or require Love Formula to accept an engagement. The type and scope of work, timing, price and other material points are agreed separately before a service begins. Information about the processing of enquiries is available in our Privacy Policy.

Texts, photographs, graphics, visual identity, website structure, the Love Formula® sign and other content are protected by the rights of Love Formula or other rights holders. LOVE FORMULA is a registered European Union trade mark, EUIPO number 019271731.

Acceptable use
You must not use the website for unlawful, threatening or harmful content, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorised access, disruption of the service, circumvention of security measures or automated collection of content contrary to these terms and applicable law.
Accuracy, availability and changes
We aim to keep information clear, accurate and current, but cannot guarantee that every item will always be complete, error-free or suitable for every personal situation. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. We may change the content, structure and offering where necessary.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Love Formula is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general informational content, website unavailability or the actions of external websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Croatia apply to the use of this website. We will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. This provision does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or the right to bring a matter before a competent court or authority under applicable law.
